We are social individuals and need cooperation, trust and different kinds of resources including money and specific materials. Even Elon Musk can not live alone between the Galaxy. The science has already good ideas to help to avoid drastic consequences due to the climate change. We rather worry about the weather than about the jobs. During the evolution we have always adapted. We will adapt this time too. Yes, now the robotic matches the IA technology and we step definitely in a new industrial time. Of course a lot of people, who did not adapt to this evolution, will lose their job. (Ask you what kind of jobs those jobs are) If your brain is still functioning properly, you will manage the challenge. Intelligence is the ability to adapt. IA can be used just as every tool, for bad or good. The point is, that because of IA people get lazy and don't use their brain anymore and by the time they risk dementia or they completey turn in idiots. IA and robots can only do what they have been trained for. AI can not create, AI can only mix and match what has been given into that programm. And IA can be wrong and needs to be corrected by humans. Referring to the climate, we should really be concerned as IA needs a lot of energy and water. Drinking water is essential for life. Both resources are critical for the next generations on earth. All the wars on earth do not help the climate as well, and we will never stop fighting. I believe with IA and science the human race could be able to solve the climate problems. There is enough money and we have already solution which are already implemented and show evidence. Maybe they are not efficient enough. AI could help solve this problem. Personally I think we should encourage people to think about their life and what they would like to be. What is the sense of their life? We will definitely not live forever, that is why we should use our brain as much as possible to create satisfaction, love and happiness for that it's worth living.
