creative writing, art, music, content creation etc are things i feel shouldn't and can't be replaced, but i am scared for what might happen to those fields in a generation or two. right now, a majority of the people alive obviously are familiar with non-ai art and what it means to have that human connection. but give it a few generations and corpos dominating the industry with their ai slop with biased algorithms... is that not what the newer generations will grow up on? i don't want that to be the case, but i feel like as time goes on, the market for even authentic content will gradually diminish. maybe i just have too cynical of an outlook but as an english literature major and a freelance illustrator, the future looks so, so dim.
