There needs to be a law passed that strictly prohibits company or individual for making any movie, recording or photo that uses the likeness or voice of any person public or private without their consent. If they don't stiff fines and jail terms need to be imposed. A copy of the agreement must be given to all parties concerned. Companies who make AI content must be licensed by the federal government and only those companies may produce AI content material. Newspaper and news outlets must verify any video, photo or voice recording they use by checking with the person the content is of or about. Failure to do so will cause that newspaper to permanently loose the right to print papers and the TV or Radio news media will permanently loose their FCC license. They can't use the excuse that they did but didn't trust the person. If the person says it is false, they may not use the material. They must then use exhaustive measures to prove the individual wrong. Those step and evidence are presented to a third party who will review its finds with all all parties present. If material given to TV, radio or news outlet is found not to be properly vetted. The TV, radio or news media must give out the name of their source. If they won't their FCC or right to print is suspended until they do. We need to put laws in place not so AI can't be use to ruin anyone's life.
