No, just replace call center work with AI. Angry customers for most companies aren't that common. People are more frustrated, if you are relatively intelligent you can turn them around quickly. I've worked in call centers for almost 8 years. Angry people aren't the problem, it's bad management and policies. From layoffs to really dumb policies and bad software. Those are the things that broke me down 😂
