no ai will ever b conscious, becuz consciousness doesnt just APPEAR when brains get complicated,. consciousness in inherent property of matter, everything and every system of things is its own consciousness in its own way. the bubbles of consciousness we call humans have very rich experience at least compared to a rock, but both are conscious. what s really scary is im sure soon we'll have robots that act and look just like humans, but are still just a summation of unalive parts
