Congress needs to rework copyright law. It is so ridiculous the point we are to. Training AI should not be breaking copyright unless they are spitting out copies of the authors work then they should not have any standing. All of the copyright litigation in the united state stymies free speech, and we as a whole society are harmed because of it. Copyright lasts too long, and covers to many types of uses. The only thing that should be protected is a direct copy of the work in question. Nothing Else
