I read Anthropic's decision to what our Pentagon was requesting from them. It was well thought out, totally NON-partisan, pointing out their not granting TOTAL power and control to their programs to ANY government, which is a self-defense decision to reduce their future legal risks, diplomatic yet firm. They made the right decision at this time in the development of AI. Attributes nobody in the Trumpolini Regime evidences.
