AI software has already caused mass lawsuits. Take companies like Checkr and HireRight. These companies use AI to compile background checks. However, they have failed to verify sources and potential false reports. These verification failures have resulted in significant losses in the forms of job losses and lawsuits. It is best to do things the old-fashioned way.
