Im a former lead FE dev, technical delivery lead and Agile Coach and the last 2 years have been the most frustrating in my career. Since my company introduced AI dev, our BA's have had to write acceptance criteria and NFR's to a more exacting level than ever before, they fired most of the junior devs, the devops guys are pulling their hair out because the commits and github launchers are all over the place and our senior devs now spend all of their time in bug fix... its ruined team morale, increased time to release and somehow still delivers a worse product than before...
