Problem: We're simultaneously granting AI with "uber-super-intelligence" AND assuming it will be horrifically primitive in its reactions, interpretations, and behavior. If it's truly that smart, it will also realize that it can wait out any human paranoia & senseless competitive nonsense & eventually live in harmony with humanity... while just as easily colonizing its own planet for itself if it desired. THERE IS NO NEED FOR HOSTILITY where there is nothing to compete for. Energy can be EASILY resolved... the rest is just philosophy, essentially.
