Predictive policing ?!? Hmmmm sounds like The Movie " Minority Report" was already informing people of these future unconstitutional violation practices. More and more these tyrants have long overstepped and abused their "civil servant" duties. In essence they become criminals in uniform , modern day road pirates just shaking down people for as much money as they can. Knowledge is power. Learn your rights and always exercise them. Rule # 1 Don't talk to them , plead the 5th Amendment because they are always looking to incriminate to make their quota numbers good. Know that every public official wether it be a judge, district attorney, or police officer must have an Imdemnification Surety Bond to have a career as a public official. Any abuse on their part violating a citizen's rights and in essence they are liable for losing that bond. Unfortunately,most people are unaware of this so the tyrants keep abusing their power.
