Regulating sounds like the Big Brother way to go about it, and who's to say this Big Brother is competent in itself? Isn't it more important to learn people to question their (digital) environment? Questions like: how did I happen to get this video in my feed? Why do I feel the need to consume this content? ... Maybe each youtube video could start with a little breakdown of how the algorithm got to the point of suggesting this video to you. Have us get more insight in the underlying mechanics driving our daily lives that tech companies can be very secretive or incomplete about.
