3:10 this is such a BS argument. As long as AI is privatized these negative impacts cannot be mitigated. Meanwhile, we have seen time and time again how much more efficient China’s command economy is. Six private entities working on a profit model will compete as well with China as as privatized models always do.
Say what you will about China, but the idea that privatized AI should be tolerated in America in order to outpace them is laughably naive.
