It reminds me of how when uploading to youtube you get asked " do you approve of others using your content for shorts"?
It seems like all art sites like art station, deviant art, etc. should've done that and set it to no by default. Putting yes provides the artist with a passive income for commercial artworks based on the % requested by the artist if the ai user rejects the artist's % they can't use the art.
It's obvious something wrong is going on here. Just rampant theft that's unregulated atm. It'll be fixed soon.
