I feel sometimes i have fallen into this trap skipping the process of brain processing when i was doing work stuff and i had not enough time in my schedule to take my time. But yeah u get the illuyyou learnt something and poof 3 days lster u barely remember anything. Usually i try to take my time think of what i read, make notes or even prove what it gives back but ai is so verbose even when you ask to be succinct and takes ages sometimes
