imo, would have been useful to at least mention the distinction between "autopilot" and "full self driving". I've seen a bunch of people use the terms interchangeably, when they are very much not the same. perhaps that's part of the point, but in this context, it just leaves me a bit unsure of which product the plaintiff was actually using. it would be a way bigger deal if they were using FSD.
