This is really important. Very serious stuff. Stopping Terminators and such. I am glad Blumenthal, a man who could not remember what century he is in, is there to hold people responsible. I am also happy the IBM is there to prevent start up companies from being able to compete with them. I find it ridiculous that the body most likely to abuse AI to control people has convened to make sure that they can punish anyone who uses it in a way that they do not approve of.
