On the unemployment question, he provided one answer to his own question. There is unlimited demand for healthcare, so more people can work in healthcare if fewer people can work elsewhere. The main problem is that most people are not good at retraining, just look at the misery in the US as a result of the shift of manufacturing from the US to China.
I would have appreciated a discussion of judgment. It is all well and good to say that AI can provide answers quickly, which it can, but is it the right answer? We need human judgment to decide what to do with the answer - is it wrong and needs to be corrected? does it need to be tailored for the purpose? do we need to start over again? etc. Humans have judgment and can do that. If people are not 'smart' enough to have that judgment, then physical labour will continue to provide jobs for the foreseeable future - in healthcare, construction, hospitality, etc.
