I don't understand the concern, He's worried that only a few people are determining the course of AI? So what? Only a few people determined how electricity, the railroads, the car, the airplane, the phone, the constitution, the atomic bomb and every other development of mankind was developed. None of these were brought up for public review of ethics. If you want to develop new technologies you have to get away from the socialistic everyone is equal and gets a vote mentality. I wasn't even asked if the United States should go off the gold system. Aint nobody go time for this.
