AI is a danger for only western world, the fear is coming only from Western nation. The people who want to shut down AI are the people who benefiting from current society the most. There not afraid of the AI units taking over the world but a AI countering the Injustice their society created. The same way some AI have developed into misogynistic racist bot. There scared that there will be a AI that will seek to balance the unfair society that they have profited from. AI that is programmed to expose the Injustice of the world and secrets of government.
