I believe that AI is a great thing. I honestly want to see what happens when you feed all art on the planet to see how we see art is. A pattern od human recognition. Ability to draw pretty anything by directly using all knowledge we already accumulated. Well I am not an artist... I am not very sociable programmer. But i think i understand an imagination process (cuse i am a gamedev, and also think programming is a form of "art" to, hust not so straightforward to understand :P) The way AI corps (who are... well, its hard to work with new tech when there is a big corp that knows and does everything better than you do) uses artworks without permission is no good. From my programmer point of sight AI model is seeking patterns in images it is given and then pops out a combination of patterns when a text prompt is given. So it can`t do better than an artist already done. But it is doing it faster. I usually use an AI for... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I didn`t used it for a long time. But i confess. I will use it for texturing 3d models i made :P. Or i prefer an algorithmic texturer IDK. An artist have their soul. Never truly understand the "different an Artist and his work" Well usually it means that if artist drew something for example morally abhorrent thing, It is not exactly means that he is a bad person himself. Or it does, You will never know without knowing this artist relatively personal. Well, by this scary testi mean that when i am looking for "feelings" and "thoughts" or even (no please no) "Message" i go for a human artist. If i need a result, a beautiful picture, i go for an AI with simple ones, and for an artist when i need something really big and cool. And if someone actually read this. Please let me know.
