2:00 A 35% gain on productivity for new customer service worker? This isn’t a reflection of how great AI is. This is a reflection on the morons who are in charge of providing support with no idea wtf they’re doing. Except to politely tell the customer they apologize that they’re experiencing problems, while they’re searching a search engine for an answer on a product they know nothing about. I should HOPE an AI could run through knowledge bases faster than a representative with no experience. That the customer sat surveys for AI meets or exceeds those for humans means nothing, if they are already low for the humans.
