Ai is not the threat. It is the one percent of humans that will be weilding it in effort to keep chasing the dollar. The human brain has the capacity to hold 20 million encyclopedia volumes. And that's just a guess. There is no amount of compute or storage in existence that can replicate that volume, ESPECIALLY in that small of a space with minimal energy consumption an order of several magnitudes less than ANY computer. Ai will never have the dexterity of a human either. It cannot learn out of nothing but needs constant input to increase its intelligence. It will never have a conscience, a moral compass or the ability to create language out of its surroundings. We were designed by someone with intelligence vastly superior to our own and so could never achieve what he has. And when we are perfect again, our own intelligence will vastly outweigh any Ai we create NOW. In fact a perfect human would not need an Ai for anything.
