Google was known for having the best customer service a few years ago. Recently, they gave me the worst customer service/support I've had in a decade. They were absolutely polite and friendly, but three times came to a singular *wrong* conclusion and were completely unhelpful, both closing the conversation and the case number early. I eventually either through pure dumb luck fixed my issue, or they had a self-repairing database. I am thoroughly unimpressed. Could they be using an AI conversationalist?
