Its strange that people don't see how the economic system that has been allowed to rule the world and has gone rogue. You could tell this story from the here and now, based on a few humans gaining wealth and power who are not living by any moral code. We don't need AI to destroy us. AI merely aids and speeds up what humanity has been doing to itself and the planet for the last few thousand years.
