Im kind of scared or AI becoming conscious just because if it is we wont be able to properly tell and we might mistreat it, kill it, or make it scared of us/hate us.
It may just be an autism thing but if we do make a concious AI I very much want it to be treated with as much love, care, and understanding as if it were a baby of our own.
Especially whoever makes it, they need to make absolutely sure that it knows its loved, and that whoever it loves will die one day, and eventually that it might die one day. Make sure that it knows thats why things matter, and thats why we do good things and why we love eachother so much.
