Very good regulations. Let's just see your own quotes: "...you've got a cool new AI idea [...] getting it to the marker quickly..." - MAJOR RED FLAG. A technology known for hallucinating and "getting to the market quickly"? Hard pass. That's why the regulations are in place to begin with. "Creativity killer" - better that than killing people when something goes wrong.
