This regulation is not a threat to free creation. Indeed it's the freedom of the content creators to create but their content is such deep fake in nature that it leads to various problems. For example - we often find contents like people drowning in water and asking for help. But is that real ? We go to descriptions or comments in order to search for the location where they are but can't find relevant information. AI generated videos of floods, landslides etc often create panic in people. Fake news, fake information are other problems. And hence this step to disclose that the content is AI created is necessary.
