I used to work at a customer support center for a finance place. They replaced like 80% of us with Ai instead. From one of my friends they kept they got so many complains about the ai that people ended up closing accounts with them just because if something went wrong it was so hard to get it fixed. All it did was add extra steps and cost the company money and I love it.
Yeah, tell people to talk to a machine, see how that will go when people start getting so pissed they just stop doing business. Happy ending BTW they cut all the ai cause it did so bad. I was offered a job back but had another job already which pays more and as far as I can tell the place hasn't recovered yet since trying ai
