After they mentioned previous technologies replacing physical labour-muscles and now AI will replace mundane intellectual labour made me think how with manual labour being replaced and these days we see so many people overweight (less physical work and of course bad diets too) so with AI taking over the intellectual labour we most likely will see more people becoming less intelligent. There’s a commercial going around for the new google AI phone where these 20 something girls can’t make their mind up in selecting a product off a shelf and using the AI assistant to make a decision for them. That I find scary where these generations will stop thinking for themselves. Critical thinking has already declined..
