I understand both sites yes tesla has to better controll his mechanics and tech like if you activly ignore the warning then the Car goes automatcly to the site and stops and shuts of.
But the guy was equal responsible he ignored all warnings was on the phone when he drived then searched for his phone im from germany and when here he tried to sue tesla he would be laughed at our court because you have to use your brain and logic the case reminds me of the red bull case were a man sued red bull because he cannot fly when he drinks it in germany he could not sue in amerca he can
