These greedy companies do that to car/mobile sharing. When something breaks down in the middle of nowhere and i ask support most of the time it's a cheap bot that doesn't solve my issue. Or if i want to reclaim something that was taken away from me the bot automatically refuses and won't elaborate. It's frustrating and i hope those companies get their downfall for doing that
