So as regards the image databases containing images used without permission, that doesn't have the effect you're saying it does. At present, the law treats an AI's interaction with an image database as it would a human using a reference: as a human, even if every reference book you own is a stolen library book and every image you use is a copyrighted one you got from Google, your work that you reference from it does not inherit that "stolen" status: here, that makes it an issue for the database owner, not the AI trained on it.
