Just like nuclear capability, the concern is for wreck-less nations to be regulated. China and North Korea have both made it clear they’re going to use AI to empower their military capability. We need to impose regulation on our own production and on nations who cannot be trusted with nuclear warheads. Once AI reaches a certain point it cannot be contained.
