Great video. Using ChatGPT and other AI models exclusively to learn is like only eating fast foods to satisfy hunger and driving or riding to get around and never learning to eat healthy or exercise while enjoying "the experience" (positive memory, healthy dopamine and endorphins levels, etc.) of physical motion to stay mentally and physically fit. Eventually the muscles atrophy and overall health declines permanently. The Brain is the same way. Advance neuropathways don't permanently develop in the Hippocampus region of the brain responsible for long-term memory retention of something mentally exposed to through the physical senses due to the lack of true comparative research and "experiencing" what was learned. "Depth of Theory, Principles and Concepts", and "Width of Wisdom, Knowledge and Experience through interaction with people", will always be the best way to learn. AI should be used as a servant and not the teacher.
