It's a bit strange that he mentions the Turing test "exactly like Turing wrote it", while there seems to be a strong opinion in the AI community that the Turing test lacks the formal parameters and rigorousness to be considered a scientifically valid test. Deepmind's CEO even recently said that Turing probably didn't think of it as a real scientific test, but rather a thought experiment.
