At this stage when white collar work has been decimated and we've trained lots of new blue collar workers to bridge the gap to robots unless companies are forced to pay a high union rate of pay it will be electrician and plumbers etc are ten a penny pay them minimum wage they'll be glad of the work.
My laboured point is I'm not so much worried about AI taking everyones job, its the worker leverage vanishing, the pay increases will be gone, the AI threats will start within the year if they haven't already
