I work for one of the Big 5 so Maurine companies as an auto insurance adjuster. I always thought ai could definitely do our job if you feed it enough info which it’s for sure heading there. This year we have started to receive estimates we review/approve that are so generated. And a lot of times I just have to say everything looks good and send it through. Now that insurance companies are using quick photos on app or videos of damage it can be analyzed by ai and an estimate written. That’s that we are still in baby steps of what ai will be able to do in just even the next 5 years.
