I took a crappy screenshot of that tiny image and asked chatgpt what was wrong and it 100% got it right. "There is a large hyperdense (bright) area on the right side of the brain (left side of the image) consistent with a large intracranial hemorrhage — likely an acute subdural hematoma or intraparenchymal hemorrhage."
