Man, I feel for him. I used to feel the same, that I do not know jack about this. I have even joked around saying to my study buddies:
"If someone held a gun to my head and told me to create a list in python I would say; pull the trigger"
It isn't that bad anymore for me though, I have realized my overreliance on AI tools to do my coding work. I am doing courses and rather use AI tools with guided learning if I need assistance, that way I actually have to use my brain somewhat. It is crazy how easy it is to blow past assignments with ai tools and how exams are not set around coding anything, but rather understanding concepts and answering how different algorithms work on a set of data.
