That definitely looks like AI. It's the backround and eyes. They look too... Yknow, 2d and lifeless to be made by a real person. Ai could never be better than a human who'd worked for their skills. It just steals other peoples things and tries blending then together... With a janky (and to be honest sometimes kind of ugly) outcome.
