It's really insulting to hear that I "need an AI to help me write" because I happen to be some flavour of neurodivergent, especially by a company that sold out. Just because I have aphantasia doesn't mean I don't know how to write even if I can't "picture" a scene playing out that I can translate into written and/or visual media, and the same goes for a considerable amount of writers both neurodivergent and disabled. It really sucks that NaNo did this because they do have some neat resources for developing writing skills, but thankfully they're not the only ones with freely available resources and advice you can go to these days
