My theory is the beast system. Millions of AI controled robots drones, sensors. Mass genocide either through civil wars or world war or mass culling via poisons. Who ever controla the best AI will control the beast system. China will likely lead because they are all in. They will do this to the people before they know Jesus. Do not let that happen.
