Sounds like a bandaid for a leaky funnel. Why did this guy fall out? Was there no VSL? No landing page? No way to call in or book a call? How did we end up in a situation where we have someone who entered our funnel and now they’re gone and we have to chase them down “way later” by cold calling them outside an appointment time? Just fix the offer/funnel on the front end and you’ll have less headache trying to chase people down after. It’s literally a dis-service to your customers to design a lead journey where you don’t let them get what they want and make them wait for you to cold call them. You’re lighting half your marketing budget on fire as more than half the people you lost will never answer their phone.
As far as the Ai performance that’s very good. Lots of sales training there, basically the same stuff you train a setter or closer. Again though, fix the marketing and you don’t need to run a business chasing people down.
