Who's to say humans are not just more complex algorithms. Sure, they take inputs, and give outputs, but so do people. Actually, a person's life seems to be one of the most important factors to an artist's art. So, if they would make different art given different inputs (life) they are little different from AIs which give different outputs given different inputs.
