How are we blaming robots when the human is the one with the brain?! That's people's problem! It's a mental health situation when you can't comprehend you are above the robot, computer, machine and the one with the majority of control, the only exceptions are malfunctions, if people are maintenancing and checking the equipment as they should any problems should be caught!
