In fairness to the ai that you consulted about the case later, from its pov it was a different ai that handled that case. It probably has a sort of perception akin to taking your car into the same auto shop for an oil change and the mechanic tells you your oil plug was overtightened by the last guy. You can blame the shop as a whole but it turns out to be a different guy that did the previous oil change so it really doesnt make any sense to put blame on him, hes just doing his job.
