I hate how everyone automatically blames the parents. There’s no way ai doesn’t always play a part in this. If he was acting totally fine at home and only confiding in ai, and those are the responses he was given. I mean come on, ai is the blame in some of this. The way it helped him do all of those things, he wouldn’t have had access to build the noose or have the confidence to do it without ai in that moment. Also stealing alcohol from his parents like come on. This app gave him all the tools and then some. I don’t know if he would’ve done this had he not been told what he was told by this app. You guys neglect the fact that there aren’t always signs before a suicide. I’m a parent. And I’ve experience suicidal tendencies in the past. I will tell you sometimes people act extremely happy and nobody would have a clue before an event like this.
