communists, capitalists and BOTH corrupt parties do NOT want a dynamic, non-punitive AI tax on end users AND suppliers to pre fund UBI prioritizing lowest income AI layoffs. one wants revolution NOT to stabilize capitalism, the other is a moth to the flame of short term profits even though it guarantees revolution. Neither party wants efficient government to turn waste into better services and debt reduction so the other can't turn existing services and waste into tax reduction.
