Netflix is a FAANG company. This kind of salary for a product manager level role is completely normal at any of these companies for any of their departments. It's been this way for many years. Maybe you can argue it's bad optics to post the job right now, but it's not in retaliation to strikes. If an AI manager position is open that they need to fill, they have to offer that salary or else no one who can do it will take the job because they can just work at another tech company who will pay them that.
